I was sent a wedding invitation from my friend Dennis Nelson and his soon to be wife Ruth.  It was way back in 1990 I think?  I flew over to Singapore and there witnessed their marriage.  It was the first Asian wedding I had ever seen. Back then everyone had several cameras around their neck and took loads of pictures.  We have kept up with each other through the years and have met up with each other on occasions in Shanghai, China, where they were posted for employment and now over the Internet as they are back in the States. 

Dennis desires to share a testimony with us about a prophecy I spoke over him 19 years ago….

“At least I did not have to wait 400 years like the Jews in Egypt or those in the 70 years in exile….I do not think I would have lived long enough!!!”

I want to extend my deep gratitude for your prophetic word and healing ministry. Today, I proclaim that His prophetic word is fulfilled by those that believe.

In the summer of 1986 after graduating from college you prophesied this word from God: “For I would use in counseling and inner healing and deliverance. But, you are afraid of it…” In 1989 I took spiritual gifts evaluation and my two lowest scores were “Mercy” and “Deliverance.” There was not much within me to fulfill this call. You prophesied: “God wants you to teach the word, to preach, to council, to minister in deliverance and healing and you are running like a scared rabbit…the Lord is telling me He wants to give you a ministry and you are dodging it!…God looks more at our willingness to do things…and that is where you got the problem. You do not have the, “I’ll do it!”…Hiding is not a severe problem, but considering the call it is severe” (God’s word by Rusty Russell).

After turning 40 years old in 2002 I realized I needed to get on with God’s path for the rest of my life. Otherwise, it would pass me by and I would have missed God’s best. So, in the spring and summer of 2003 I became certified to teach Old and New Testament courses. And the following year I enrolled in a Bible degree program. It was during this time that God told me to prepare for His ministry. The one He was going to place in my hands. I just needed to be faithful and obedient to His will.

        On a day in 2005 I was discussing this old prophetic word to my Pastor. He asked me,  “Why are you not obeying God’s call to do Biblical counseling?” I did not have an answer. This pricked my spirit; although I did not want to go back to school, I knew it was God’s way of “kicking” me in the backside. So through many divine appointments and the removal of earthly mountains I finished a Biblical Counseling degree in 2010. Yet, this was not the end. Just, the end to the beginning, I still needed to believe by His faith.

        This past spring (2011) I took the next step of faith by jumping off my own theological cliff. I believed by faith and in the power of God’s word and started by proclaiming healing, liberty, deliverance to all those were in bondage. They,  just like me had to believe in the power and authority in Christ’s name.

I now understand a little better when the 70 disciples returned proclaiming that the Demons were subject to Christ’s name.  Jesus proclaimed: “I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning. Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you…” (Luke 10:18-20 NASB).

God’s prophetic word is now being fulfilled. I have begun a Biblical Counseling and Deliverance Ministry within my church. Christ has been showing me how to lead the captives to the freedom that is only found “In Christ!”

I cannot say I am without any fear, because I know there is nothing within me that can fulfill His word. The gifts of Mercy and Deliverance I know I do not have, but I know the One who does and that is all I need. It is only through my faith and willingness to walk on His Highway of Holiness that I can fulfill His word. I know this is not the end but only the first step in many more leaps of Faith. I love to sing and listen to music, but especially music which ministers not only to my spirit but to my body.  Let me introduce to you the Music of Ruth Fazal.

I have never met personally Ruth Fazal but I feel like she is a real close friend.  Why?  I listen to her music all the time. I first found her on the Internet YouTube when I was reviewing some of the music by Kimberly Kramer and Alberto Rivera.  I have known Kimberly since she was a little girl, when I stayed with her family, the Kramers, while speaking in their church.

I have always loved Classical music since my College Appreciation course in the Classics.  Mildred and I have seen the value in the violin and worked overtime to provide our children with violin lessons.  During those early years Jason and Becka both loved to play.

WE FELT THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE CHANGE   

But when I heard Ruth Fazal’s music on the Net, I knew I desired not only to listen, but I felt Jesus supernatural power release through her playing.  I purchased all of her CD’s and began to take them with me on my many Asian trips.  My Asian friends love her music as well.  Her soaking music causes the atmosphere to change in the auditorium and with this heavenly change faith arises in us for God to do more awesome signs and wonders.

It was about two years ago that I incorporated her music as my back up music since in some of the venues where I share no music is provided or I think I need a higher level of anointing especially to pray for miracles and prophesy or wait on the Lord for His Divine move.  I have used her music with her permission, therefore we share in the eternal benefits in the healed souls and salvation department! Glory!

Ruth ministers a lot these days in Israel and it is noted when she plays over Holocaust survivors that they too feel the healing power of God minister to them.

Recently when she appeared on Sid Roth’s program, “It’s Supernatural” she shared how she received a vision of Jesus in a meeting in Toronto Christian Fellowship  a few years ago.  In that vision, which she said others saw as well, she was given by Jesus a golden bow and told, “When you play your music with this bow, I will heal those who listen.” It was after this vision when she played that many testified they were healed.

I have reported back to Ruth’s ministry many testimonies of those who have received healing.  IN one Healing Campaign Meeting recently in Bali, Indonesia, I was playing her song:  Bells.  We had asked the Music Group to come forward for blessing and prayer.   I was playing this song.  We began to hear more music in the back ground and when I turned off her music we could hear the base guitar and piano playing in the back ground some notes, not so much a tune, but when added to her music, a holy awe was received by all present.  It was a sign to wonder at.  More Divine power was released in that meeting with more salvations and healing.

RECEIVE HEALING TODAY FOR YOUR OWN BODY

Do you need a touch from Heaven?  Do you need healing?  I will include a cut called, “Dawn”  with Ruth playing.  Give your sickness to Jesus, accept His stripes which He bore on His back and receive the finished work of the Cross for your healing.

When I, Rusty,  battle with sickness attacking my body this is what I usually say, “Father, in your mighty Son’s name I accept what Jesus did for me on the cross where he was sacrificed.  I accept Jesus’ stripes he bore for me for my healing; I accept Jesus’ finished work on the cross and apply it fully in my body. Thank you Jesus your healing is mine, it is divine, and I accept it. Sickness (name the pain attacking you here), pain, suffering, leave me now, in JESUS NAME!  I do not own this sickness, but it is attacking me, so leave in Jesus name.  Thank you Jesus amen.”

Many times I am invited to go to the hospital to pray for the relatives of friends, or the friends of friends, some who are in need of a miracle for healing to have it’s perfect result.

I love to go and pray knowing that Jesus is the Healer and when He went to heaven after His resurrection, He asked the Father to send the Holy Spirit to baptize the believers in Jesus with holy power.  Part of the power the Holy Spirit gives to believers is the ability to witness to people, but He also brought with him 9 gifts.   Here is a list of those gifts:  Word of Knowledge,  Word of Wisdom, Gift of Prophecy, Gifts of Healings, Working of Miracles, Gift of Discerning of Spirits,  gift of Faith, Tongues and Interpretation of Tongues.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit as I have depended on Him, He has used me in all these gifts but He has released and increased the anointing in these gifts:  the gift of Prophecy, Word of Knowledge, Gifts of Healings, and Working of Miracles.

I am sure this is why many seek me to come and pray for them. And I give Jesus the glory for using me!

My good friend in Singapore, David Khoo, asked me to go and pray for a couple in his cell group, Angeline and Jay’s son, Tyler, was born as a preemie Baby.  He weighed in at one + Kilograms (2.2 pounds), when I was asked to pray for him.  I know that many have prayed earnestly to secure his health and for his weight to grow and all of his organs to form correctly.  I agreed with their prayers while adding my prayers and trusting the Holy Spirit’s gifts of healing and Miracles to manifest and bring the healing quicker.

What Happened to Preemie Baby Tyler?

Here is the good news on Tyler’s health from his Mom:   “Rusty, Thank you for visiting and praying for our son Tyler while he was in the hospital.  He was discharged on Sep. 21.  His weight at discharge was 2.2 kg (4.8 pounds).  It’s almost a month now and he went for a check up last Friday and we were pleasantly surprised he weighs 3.34 kg (7.3 pounds)!!! We believe God’s hand is definitely in this! And we are really thankful for your prayer over Tyler while he was in ICU.”

Praise the Lord!  This is a great report and we thank God for using us to be a part of Tyler’s miracle.

I will be continuing my Asian Friendship Tour in Singapore November 2nd – 18th, and Hong Kong 19th – 21st, 2011.  I will be home for Thanksgiving with my family, but while in Singapore I will be visiting and praying for more who are in the hospital allowing the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to flow through my life.

I am believing Jesus to send His miracles into many people’s lives, believe with me, thank you.

Dear Rusty,

Thank you for your faithful ministry to the World, but especially to our family. It was so great to catch up with you on Facebook.  Your comment to us was a pleasant surprise.

We have known you for a number of years, we first met you in our  Chinese Church in Atlanta, Ga. You ministered to us as a couple and we thank you.  We are still free!

One thing which we have received from the Lord and held on to it as a promise from Jesus was the prophecy you spoke over our lives 10 + years ago.

Thus says the Lord, “Fear not, your son will win his grand parents to Jesus.”

I was pregnant with our son Caleb.  You said, “This son would be the one God will use to lead his grandparents to the Lord Jesus.” Over the years we have waited for the fulfillment of this prophecy, and now it is starting to happen!

Caleb has led his grandpa (Hao’s Dad) to the Lord this year while visiting him in Taiwan.  Caleb purchased a Bible for grandpa with his allowance.  They are memorizing bible verses together via FaceTime now. We are so grateful and excited about the rest of the prophecies fulfillment. We are expectant and waiting to see when his grandma’s turn will soon come.

God never forgets His promises. Praise the Lord!

Good morning Jesus!  On this fine new day, Jesus woke me up and bid me to come to Him.  I went outside since the wind was blowing lightly and heat of the day was gone from yesterday and a cool breeze came in over the bay area.  When I sat on the chair although it was still dark, I could see the lights in the harbor of all the ships at their moorings.  The waves are gently but steadily washing upon the shoreline.  A sense of peace and calm are here in the morning. As I rest my mind, although it reminds me to read email, I instead place keystroke to computer file and write this simple note.

I love you Jesus, I love all that you have made, your beauty I see in ocean, wind and waves.  I see as dawns early light breaks over the horizon, clouds lightly fill part of the sky causing a mauve color to fill the sky.  I am thinking this is the first day of a new year for Singapore since they celebrated her birthday last night with parade, play, and fireworks. What a joy to be in Singapore during their celebration days!

As I wait upon the Lord he leads me to HIs scriptures and I meditate on them and Him, now anticipation is growing in my heart.  What will this day hold for me and my wife, Mildred, who is with me?  We have a few appointments today and we will share in some meetings and glorify Jesus and expect to see Him preform a mighty miracle or two or three, well I will not limit Him, but yield to His glorious presence and expect awesome manifestations of His glory.  He, Jesus, I believe desires to show us great and mightier things than we have ever known.

This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!

We are only on earth one time, and that for a series of years, I plan on making the most of each day and enjoy Jesus and expect newer and greater things. How about you?  Some days cause trouble in our lives but how we handle that trouble I believe is closely dependent on the relationship that we have with Jesus.  Many a man or woman have spent their years without a relationship with Jesus, but I believe their lives have not been as full as could be.

Now that light has come I can better see the ships who have been at sea making their way to the port. Large container ships, some very huge, pass by the home I am staying in. But every few seconds there is the constant reminder in the sound of the waves, in my spirit I hear Jesus saying, “I love you Rusty, I am for you, I am your constant guard and I am for you and not against you!” What a time to realize all things are still in the hands of Jesus and He is still in control of us and our surroundings, and we simply need to trust in Him.

Pray with me as we pray for others.  Some are receiving healing others encouragement while others are either shocked or amazed by the prophetic words spoken into them. The reality sets into one who realizes that Jesus really does love

MENTORING PROPHETS BEING USED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT:

“Rusty, I have been on FIRE in my spirit and body ever since your last trip.  Last year you asked us if we were experiencing the FIRE of God in us.  My response was no, but this year it is all different!  I was on business trip in New York City, USA over a weekend. I wanted to attend church and I went into  a Times Square Church.  A lady in front of me turned around and said, ‘You are a man of God!’ I said, ‘Why do you say that?’  ‘Because the moment you stepped into the pew my whole body is on FIRE!’  Rusty not only is the FIRE of the anointing of Jesus living in me but Jesus by His Spirit is radiating His effect in others as well.  Jesus has also opened a door for me to share and teach in another church  on the West Coast of USA since this is another Port of Call for me.  When I visited a  Lutheran Church in Los Angeles, I was invited to pray with a group of church workers, it was then I released a prophesy in the midst of them. The pastoral team later asked when I returned could I share and teach as well!  Walking with Jesus these days are awesome!” Said E.Y.

“Rusty, the Lord has been showing me that everything is upheld by the Word of the Lord, since He spoke all things into existence.  But man He made with His hands and breathed life into him.  So He made the earth but the only living creature which holds His breath is us.  All things move and live and have their being in Him.  We should not worry so much. But know that in His plan, He will provide and lead us into His divine will….” Said E.C. (paraphrased)

“I have been called upon to lead a team of intercessors as we pray over Singapore and the Asian Region. As you know I have not only a love to pray but  call to prayer.  I believe the Lord will use me prophetically to pray as we extend to the heavens a call for God to bless and lead us and deliver us from evil, while He is anointing us to extend His kingdom on earth…” (paraphrased)  Said. G. V.

Just before I release this update to you a day or two has pasted.  In one of the meetings this week, I was releasing a prophesy over a lady who seemed to suggest she could not hear me.  Upon investigation it was clear she was deaf.  I laid my hands on her ears and began to pray for her.  I stepped back and began to speak, still straining to hear, I prayed again asking the Holy Spirit to come glorify Jesus, thankfully He did!  I stepped back and as I spoke she repeated, then I placed my hand over my mouth to make sure she was not reading my lips, and YES!  SHE SPOKE BY REPEATING WHAT I SAID! THANK YOU JESUS ~ LET YOUR FIRE COME AND HEAL!

Teaching Saints how to pray for others

I have about 8 more days left here in Singapore before going to Indonesia, Jakarta for 1.5 days and Manado for 5.5 days, where we will minister to Government officials and hold some Healing Campaigns.  Your prayers of agreement can be felt by me and Mildred. Thank you!   Below you will find my schedule, if in Singapore you can join us at our public meetings.

When I pause, to meditate on Jesus and His word, He refills me again with Himself.  Take a moment and allow the presence of Jesus to flood your soul and ignite your spirit.  He is more than willing to make Himself known to you today.

Ephesians 5:14 – 21: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.  See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.  Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is, and do not get drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God.” (my bold)

If we will do the bold part of the above verses, we too will have light and power in Jesus ~ His FIRE will burn again in us.  Remember Jesus is the baptizer in the Holy Spirit and Fire!

One of the ways I do this is read a scripture, sing a worship song either one already written and sung by many, or I make up my own words and tune and sing it to Jesus.  He comes and inhabits my praise and worship….He fills me, anoints me,  sets me apart for Himself, He will do this in your life as you focus your gaze on Him… there is great power in even the mention of His name.. ..Jesus…Jesus….Jesus…. I love you!   I just sang, Holy, Holy, Holy to Jesus, now I am singing, Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face, and the things of this earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace….

My prayer for you, “Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today and forever.  Come with your majestic power and love and wash over our lives afresh.  We are sorry for any sins we have committed and we thank you that your blood received will wash us clean, your grace is new this morning… Thank you Jesus.  Come with your FIRE and come with your might as we yield to You… Come have your way in our lives this day, in Jesus name.  Lord I release healing power to set the captive free, I release freedom from your throne and I pray anointing come to help those who say yes to this prayer.  Thank you Jesus for You! DO YOU HEAR THE VOICE FROM HEAVEN?

Have you ever seen the movie “August Rush”? It is a movie about an abandoned baby who grew up to be an exceptional musician. He felt his parents were looking for him; he had this hope within him and he never gave up.  He listened differently from most people.  As a young boy, when he discovered he could play musical instruments and later write their notes on paper, his heart’s desire gave birth to a tremendous passion or need which drove him everyday to play music so his parents could hear him and find him.  The story is fictional but some interesting points were made and they stick in my heart and mind and stir my love and desire to listen to the rhythm of God in His earth and join with His angels choir – or humans – or His Spirit in me to worship.

Quote from “August Rush”: “THE MUSIC IS ALL AROUND US, WE JUST NEED TO LISTEN…. “  he could hear the music which played in the fields, by the wind, or by the motors and busyness of city life, or clanging of  kids playing on the playground. It seemed that everything had a rhythm to it.  Sometimes I google and watch the musical parts of this movie on YouTube. WHEN WE HEAR AND RESPOND WE BECOME PART OF THE MUSIC….

When I read the book of John’s Revelation on the isle of Patmos, I am so encouraged.  There are many truths hidden from our immediate attention. Revelation 4:5 “And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”

HERE IT IS THE FIRST CELL, HANDPHONE, OR SATELLITE PHONE CALL MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE:

NOTE: Amplified Bible, KJV, CEV, says:  rumblings; NASV, NIV, and OJB says: sounds, but the NKJV, ASV, And DR bibles says: voices.  Now each speak specific or in words descriptive of tonal qualities, i.e. A voice or voices.  Interestingly the Greek word is: φωνή phōnḗ translated: Noun Feminine “fo-nay’ ” probably akin to (5316) through the idea of disclosure probably akin to; a tone (articulate, bestial or artificial); by implication, an address (for any purpose), saying or language:–noise, sound, voice.  1.) a sound, a tone, 2.) of inanimate things, as musical instruments a voice, 3.) of the sound of uttered words speech of a language, tongue. (Strong’s Concordance)

So here is the neat revelation for me: I love to hear it thunder and see God’s heavenly fireworks show – lightning- but before the thunder and just after the lightning – VOICES – (cell calls) -  can be heard by those listening!  Are you listening? At Jesus’ baptism in water some heard it thunder, but John the Baptist and John who later became an Apostle heard the voice of God, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I AM well pleased!” Yes! Jesus! I want to hear the voices that sound forth from Your throne announced by lightning and followed by thunder! Open my ears that I might hear and receive your phone calls from Heaven!

Just this morning as I awoke my room began to shake, not from an earthquake but from the rumbling of thunder. Oh! Jesus, I have just written this note, I will run outside to listen for your voice from heaven!  Years ago in my late teens and earlier twenties I would go to the park and sit on the hood of my car and watch the lightning and hear the thunder and allow the rain to wash over me, might not be too smart, but I love adventure if only in a simple way.

This powerful storm fully filled the sky with clouds, dark ominous and foreboding. Lightning shot through the clouds and the wind began to blow, after a bit the rolling thunder could be heard, then it poured with rain, did I say Awesome?  Ha! Way awesome!  I pray that no damaging winds or lightning would occur, but I do put into practice what I have shared this night with you. Here is what I have heard the Lord Jesus say between the lightning and the thunder:

“I AM almighty God, trust in MY Mighty power, together we will do wonders today!  I wash MY earth that has been dry and scorched, with plentiful clean rain, I release heavens oxygen and cause MY refreshing winds to blow. These are simple things for ME, man can not duplicate this! Do not be afraid, but enjoy ME in the midst of the storm. Today you will be MY lightning rod, and I will strike you but not to kill or to damage but with lightning speed I will use you in the power of MY Holy Spirit gifts, many will be healed, delivered, freed, and prophesied over, I will continue to build MY Church. Expect mighty things this day and night!” (11 July 2011)

A friend of mine, a musician John Belt, has written an article on his web page which I would like to share with you.  For years I have listened to his music and been inspired to draw nearer to Jesus, in heart, spirit, and soul.  There is a special place of friendship and relationship that Jesus is longing for us to develop with Him.  I am presently writing this note while listening to a joint album of John Belt and Jeff Jensen: Mystic Glory, along with his album: Flight of The Eagles. I love his music, mainly the instrumental albums, I also love Ruth Fazal’s worship with her violin.  These artist’s worship causes the powerful presence of God to flow into my meetings.  Sometimes we are brought into Heaven, at other times the Glory Cloud of God’s presence becomes evident. I have experienced many deep things with Jesus! Faith arises in many and as we pray miracles begin to manifest.  I invite you to go to their web pages and order their music, it will bring you into an awesome presence with Jesus.  Read your Bible as you listen and revelation will come to you I believe more easily.  (See their links at the bottom of my note.).

“It makes all the difference for us to get in sync with the tempo of heaven.  The world has a rhythm.  God has His rhythm that is completely different.  Heaven has a frequency.  We need to tune in to get on God’s channel.  There is a different pace that cannot be imitated, duplicated nor replicated.  The Holy Spirit is the means by which we can find His tempo, the beat of His heart.  The soul needs to come into alignment with the Holy Spirit in order for us to experience this connection.  When the soul is leading, (mind, will and emotions) it takes us off track where we miss the heart of God.  The soul must yield itself to the desires of the Spirit.

Let the Peace of God Rule

If we allow our mind, our desires and our emotions to dictate to us what we are to do then we will be misguided and not have the peace of Christ.  The peace of God is only discovered by those who have laid down the noise of the soul before God.  Life decisions, in the Kingdom of God, are not made according to natural reasonings.  We don’t look at the stats to make our choices.  Information can be helpful but the only factor that counts is God’s voice.  It is necessary for us to get on His wavelength, find His heart and know His tempo.  When things we feel are busy and out of sync, it is usually because we need to quiet things down.  The best thing to do is slow down.  Force your soul into a place of rest.   Take away all of it’s props and be still before God.  Take time to get rid of all of the noise, voices and distractions so that His peace and rest can be found.  This is how we “let” the peace of God rule in our hearts.

Colossians 3:15

“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also you are called in one body; and be thankful.”

Reflecting God in Your Spirit

All music reflects the tempo or rhythm of another place.  Music reflects a source.  If music has the anointing of the Holy Spirit it will cause the image of God to be reflected in our spirit.  If the source is the spirit of this world we will reflect that same spirit.  Our being is affected by what we hear and absorb spiritually.  Our dreams will also be a by-product of what we are taking in throughout the day.  With this it is a good idea for us to think about the amount of time we are spending with God and what time is going to other places.   The more time we can spend in meditation on the things He has prescribed the better off we will be, the more we will reflect His image and be the people He desires us to be.  The first Psalm promises that he who meditates in the law of the Lord (the words of God) will be like a tree planted by a river that bears fruit in season.  It also promises that the “leaf will not wither“.  This means there is no deterioration, but we will be like an eternal tree of life.  Then God gives us the blessing without boundaries saying that’ “whatever he does shall prosper”.   Last time I checked on the definition of “whatever” it means everything.  When our hearts are in God’s tempo everything works, everything is blessed and we live in a place where His hand is resting on our work.  His Overflow Be Yours!” By John Belt

Jesus reminds me, He loves our worship, praise, meditation, contemplation and prayers and just us talking to Him and then lingering in His Presence to listen for His voice and words which will encourage us and lead us into His divine will and purpose for our life. Are you ready to enter in?  Set aside some time now.

As I have been writing this note several times my hands have been feeling like they are on FIRE, feelings of electricity coursing thru them and DRIPPING with Holy OIL, a sweet fragrance is strongly now in my room. Yes, Jesus, continue with your powerful manifestations and revelation, open my eyes to see You, to know you, to embrace you!  Wow! Wow! Wow! How Awesome is our God!

Today in Wisconsin meetings, those attending were hungry for a mighty move of God and they were not disappointed. Some received prophecies, specific to the point, one young man received a word to re-secure him in his ministry, “You have pain in your gut!” Yes, it was true! We prayed and are waiting to hear the Dr.’s confirmation. We witnessed the cloud of God’s glory, the release of His power, healing, and freedom. One young man was told he would prophesy.  I handed him the mic and he prophesied, “Freedom, I give you freedom to go out and win the lost and bring them in to Me!” Wow! What a first word of prophecy! This college student will never be the same.  Another student received a prophecy and he told the pastor, “That is it, when Rusty prophesied over me I knew it! I make a total commitment to Jesus’ and now I commit 100% of my life to this church!” Yes, Lord Jesus you are building Your church.

I send to you the Peace, Mercy, and Grace of Christ Jesus let it be multiplied unto you! Sing a new song unto the Lord, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to yourself in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melodies in your hearts unto Jesus our Lord.  And be listening especially when you see lightning or hear thunder, because where there is one peal of thunder there is usually another about to happen, and just before you could hear a voice from heaven. God bless you, and keep me in your prayers as I minister in the USA before returning to Asia.

Expect to hear Jesus voice and He will use you to shine with His glory in the darkness of this present world! (Isaiah 60:1-2, “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you! For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.”)

PORTALS

You might have wondered what has happened to Rusty since I left Singapore at the beginning of March?  I am doing well and actively following Jesus every place He is leading me. I was home for most of March but now I have been on a ‘Friendship Tour of Asia’. This trip has taken me to Northern Asia where I have met and made new friends and have caught up with some old friends.  I was asked to share with some why I follow Jesus and how to do that successfully, I gladly shared.  I have had the opportunity to pray for many and see some receive instant miracles and I was used as a life coach with others bringing them into a deeper walk with Jesus.

Thank you for your prayers for me and for my family who is back in the USA.  I also went to Hong   Kong where I shared with the SOS class where I teach on the prophetic ministry and gifts monthly.   Great fun that was training saints to expect God to use them in greater anointing and the gift of       Faith.

I was only in Hong Kong for 36 hours, and then went back to Northern Asia where I participated in     a conference or two on the Holy Spirit.

Happy Easter or Resurrection Day!

I tried to send out to you an Easter greeting on Saturday night so you would become expectant for a Divine outpouring yourself but alas my mail program would not work. I hope the Holy Spirit clued you in and you received anyway.

Deeper Revelation:

On ‘Good Friday’, I was privileged to share with a group of people on the subject of Jesus’ desire to speak to us.  I shared several ways He communicates with us are through: Voices, Visions, and Visitations.

Earlier on that day as I was studying the Word, I was led to listen to a teaching by David Herzog who reminded me of the importance of the Holy Feasts which God had set up for Israel to observe in celebration format since they were prophetically preparing Israel with the expectation of the Messiah to come. Since the advent of Messiah Jesus these Festivals have not stopped accept in the sacrifice of animals, but have taken on deeper meaning for those of us who follow Jesus into the New Testament.  He said we should expect a Divine visitation from Heaven, more revelation from the Bible, greater anointing for healing and many should see the Glory revealed.

Sometimes I miss a visitation, do you? Or have you?  Since I travel a lot, sometimes I am not sharing one of the Holy Feast Days, but when I do share in the future from now on, whether I am speaking or not, I will ever be changed.  Why?

Culturally and historically we form traditions, in the way we celebrate a holiday, sometimes giving gifts or with special foods. I have come to believe that Jesus desires to pour out MORE GLORY, MORE REVELATION, and MORE ANOINTING and MORE HEALING during these Festive times.  I don’t want to miss any of His visitations!  This is a time that He set up to commune with His people.  Are you His people?  Do you carry a great expectation of Visitation?  I did and I do. And on this Passover I am more excited with anticipation for receiving all that He desires to give.  Great or small portions signify to me greater things He desires to give to us!

On Passover Friday, 22nd April, I came to the meeting place in full assurance that we could experience something special from heaven, I just was not sure what?  Since it was an afternoon meeting only two musicians were playing, but an anointing was present in them different from the other meeting times… I was on the front row, and I immediately took my shoes off, as I felt I was on holy ground.  In a moment I was face down on the floor, both praying and waiting on Jesus.  When it came time for me to share, I felt humbled just to be there, I paused before speaking, allowing Jesus to receive our silent praise and honor then I invited the Holy Spirit to pour out from Heaven all that God desired to give to us.

As I shared, I was reminded of  a meeting where I shared in a Healing Room in Venice, Florida, several years ago.  While teaching, my normal habit is to walk to and fro in front of the congregation. While I was before the stage, I walked toward the left side, it was there I felt something strange. Have you ever tried to place two positive ends of a magnet together? The energy pushes them apart, so I felt this type of energy in that church. It repelled me from entering in. The more I shared the easier it was to get near it. In my heart I was asking Jesus, “What is it with this circle?” He said, “That is a portal, a window which is open from Heaven to Earth, and what you are feeling is My Glory.” Oh, that whole meeting changed after that revelation. When it came time to pray for the sick, I had them all walk through that circle or near it.   Some could not stand but fell down, others were healed instantly! I found out later this area was where this church prayed twice a week for God’s healing power and glory to visit this church. Yes, Lord! We were not disappointed that night.

Now back to my Asian meeting!  Yes, I felt the same manifestation was appearing in this place.  In Exodus 20 we are told that God came down on MT Sinai with thunderings, lightning, smoke, and shaking, and trumpets blasting, the awe of these things caused all to give attention to this site, it was then He spoke the Ten Commandments.  I usually share how He came and not so much what He said, but this day I was drawn to the fact that, ‘He used His voice, not Moses.‘  Then as I read verse 24, knowing this was also a Feast Day, I realized things were about to change: “An altar of earth you shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My name I will come to you, and I will bless you.”

Jesus is our final sacrifice so we will not be offering animals anymore, for He is our peace offering through blood, stripes, cross and death. He is also the Resurrection and the Life. IN EVERY PLACE WHERE I RECORD MY NAME I WILL COME TO YOU, AND I WILL BLESS YOU! WOW! WOW!  I think when I go to church where the altar is built and I worship Jesus there, I will go with a greater expectation of HIS COMING, and if I know He is coming, I know I will receive His blessing!

TWO PORTALS OPENED FROM HEAVEN

With that expectation for Divine outpouring within the audience, I could discern they began to share my anticipation.  We too were not disappointed.  Jesus revealed to me TWO PORTALS FROM HEAVEN, THEY WERE CIRCLES ON THE GROUND LIKE SHAFTS OF LIGHT ~ WINDOWS FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH, and EARTH TO HEAVEN.  As a Prophet, I can SEE into the realm of the supernatural.  But these Portals looked as real as you and me.

I prayed for all present to be washed again in the blood of Jesus, then I invited them to come forward and step into the portals. On the second invitation to come, I entered the portal on my left and fell out under the power of the Holy Spirit.  I still had the microphone and began to describe what I was seeing in the supernatural as I looked up.  All who had come forward shoeless either fell prostrate on the ground, or knelt, or fell backwards like me. We entered His holy glory realm.  I felt electricity, fire, oil, and heat on my body and hands. Then sweet fragrances were being released for all to smell and enjoy.  Did I say it was Awesome? Yes, Lord! More!

As I looked up, I could see into heaven.  It was like looking up from the middle of a tornado, seeing the blue sky around swirling dark clouds….His peace which surpasses all understanding…. His joy and the sheer awesomeness of Father God present with me was of the utmost of my experience.  I could feel the angels who help me daily surround me and wave their wings over me, I felt the brush of feathers, and then I could smell fresh fruity fragrances. We all felt wind blowing over us, but no air conditioning was used during these meetings.

Each saint in these holy portals were experiencing Jesus’ revelation, some were seeing visions, some heard His voice, some could feel His touch on their back or shoulders, and the whole room became a SOAKING ZONE as we listened to the instrumental music of John Belt, “Oil of Hunger” from his album: The Oil of Heaven. None of us wanted to leave that place and we didn’t for several hours. I continued to describe some Heavenly visions, as others testified with their visions.  I understood from the Pastor that Passover Evening Service was anointed, the best one yet.  I had to leave to go to another city, to enjoy more of Passover and Resurrection Day Celebrations.

EXPECTATION OF GLORY IS A LIGHTNING ROD WAITING

TO RECEIVE A STRIKE

We remembered and honored the sacrifice Jesus made on His cross on Good Friday so many years ago, and soon Sunday would be the final celebration of His Resurrection. But not the end, for every day after that as we cultivate a holy expectation of glory we will be like a lightning rod waiting for a holy strike. Fire and power released!  This is a time of awakening, a time when Heaven opens it’s windows and pours out blessings, it is a time of greater revelation from the Word of God, you will find it easier to read your Bible and receive revelation from Him.

Dreams and Visions will become greater in number with deeper meanings.(Joel 2:28) You will find it easier to be a witness of Jesus and pray for loved ones, friends, and others whom the Lord will lead you to. The KEY: Always be expectant - Yes, Lord, more adventure, more miracles, more divine encounters with You!  I am changed into His glory, to radiate and reflect Him, as I go, fire burns in me and goes before me, healing anointing follows, prophesies become clear and specific and to the point, and Jesus is glorified! (Isaiah 60:1-3,5; James 1:25; I Corinthians.14:3; Mark 16:20; Acts 1:8 Matthew 3:11)

I will be in Asia for several more days of training and coaching in our Father’s wisdom before heading home to Florida.

In Bitung, Indonesia, after a Miracle Service where over 100 people gave there hearts to Jesus and many were miraculously healed at home of Stanley, one of the Regional Governmental Leaders located in this city, we received a late local or traditional Indonesian meal in his home. Stanley asked us, “Prophet Rusty and Pastor Frans, would you go with me to my father’s home and pray for him and my mother who are both bed ridden and dying?  My Father is 84 is suffering from prostrate cancer, blindness, and deafness. My mother had terrible back pain and can no longer walk, they are both bed ridden.”

We both answered, “Yes! We will go and pray.”

Pastor Frans and I were tired having ministered in this tremendous 100 F + heat, or 38C, we agreed as we journeyed to their home boldly declaring: “Devil, do not waste our time, you have to leave these people immediately!”  Matthew 18:18-19, “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.”

We Were all tired. The heat in this place had made us Weary in Well doing, but the food and fellowship had revived us. We Went into their home and directly into their bedroom. Brother Stanley’s father lay on the bed with a cathader tube running from his bladder. He was asleep but almost looked dead.

I laid my hands on him anointing him with oil and prayed, he did not move, but just laid there either asleep and dying.

We then laid hands on the mother. She was awake. We commanded her to get up, but her pain was so great she could barely move. Together Pastor Frans and I commanded, “Devil leave her NOW! PAIN GO NOW! GET UP WOMAN!”

With that command she sat up, I prayed one more time for healing and she stood up and walked! She walked into the other room, and then every room.

We went back into the bedroom and woke up the father. “GET UP MAN!”

He sat up after his nurse clamped the tube. As he stood up, I laid my hands on his ears first, “Be healed! Deafness go now!” He fell back into the bed as if someone had thrown him into bed. We got him up and HE COULD HEAR US CLEARLY! HEALED OF DEAFNESS!  YES! JESUS!

I prayed for the blindness to go, “Go now you devil of blindness! Jesus come and heal him.” He shook violently, but looked up and he could begin to see. We prayed again and he told us each ones names or he described us, “I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW!”

I prayed for the prostrate cancer to flee! Again he violent shook, but his proclaimation was, “I AM HEALED THE PAIN IS GONE!”

“I WANT YOUR JESUS! PLEASE PRAY FOR US TO RECEIVE HIM!” said Stanley’s Dad.

“Yes, Jesus, come into their lives, and set them free from sins!” Each believed and were gloriously saved. Now an 84 year old new baby in Jesus!

Their daughter ran after us, “Pray for Me! I want your Jesus!” She had just witnessed these mighty miracles in her parents, and she too wanted Jesus. As I looked at her I commanded the devils to FLEE! THEY DID! She repented and was born again!!!
