| Miracle Life Ministries is a ministry headed by Rusty and Mildred Russell and founded upon God’s call to “preach the gospel to the poor … proclaim release to the captives, …..recovery of sight to the blind…and to heal the sick.”The goal of Miracle Life Ministries, Inc., is to be a service and a help to existing churches in the areas of Evangelism, Healing and the Prophetic ministry. Rusty forms and sends out teams of ministers to reach out in Evangelism thrusts and to help start new churches in the U.S. as well as in foreign nations.
We believe as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Jesus gave a scripture in Luke 4:18 that was a fulfillment of Isaiah 61:1-2, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has send Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are downtrodden or bruised, to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.” Here at Miracle Life Ministries, Inc., we believe that these scriptures are foundational to the call that God has given them.

About the Author
Rusty has been in the ministry since 1973. He has served as an Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor of two churches he pioneered in Athens, Ga. USA, and Oxford, England until 1981, at which time he was sent to the Nations in a Prophetic Healing Ministry. Since 1981, Rusty has ministered in 57 Nations holding Miracle Crusades, Leadership Conferences, and Prophetic Seminars. In 1990, Rusty became the Founder and President of Miracle Life Ministries Inc. He has established a Mentorship Program to raise up Prophets for the Local church in several countries including: Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and China. Rusty and his wife, Mildred, are celebrating their 38th year of marriage. They have two children, Jason 29, our grand daughter Abby 4; they have a daughter, Becka, who recently graduated from the Univ. of Florida and is a co-ordinator Consultant in Tampa, Fl.
Rusty travels extensively in Asia, basing out of Singapore for his Asia ministry. Enjoy and be encouraged as you read the testimonies of those who have been healed and changed by Jesus through the Prophetic ministy Jesus has entrusted to Rusty.
i experienced my first miraculous healing, surrounded by college students, in a university classroom, during a talk that rusty was giving. he interrupted his testimony to tell everyone who was struggling with a cold to stand up. he then told students around them to stand, place hands on them and pray. while those around me were praying for healing from ‘a cold’, i was praying for healing from minor neurological damage i had suffered a few years previous. as they prayed for healing of sniffles and the sort, God restored sensation to me, healing me of the neurological issue! thanks, rusty, for introducing me to God’s power and grace (and perhaps His sense of humor!).

my healing was in the ’80′s at the university of wisconsin – madison. while i was being healed (sensation was returning along a neurological path), i suddenly said in my heart, “oh my God, i don’t believe it!” at that exact moment, the healing stopped proceeding. through that experience, though, i learned the power of healing and that what we say in our hearts impacts healing. i have been healed miraculously several times since then, and each time, i consciously say to the Lord, “I believe! Thank you for your posting to our page. We normally seek to link with those in the body of Christ with whom we have relationships which we have established. We also have an association of ministries where we mutually lift up churches and works of the Lord. Some of the nations God has given us responsibility in and therefore require at least a visit a year or every two years. Nepal is one of these countries. Thank you for your invitation, but presently, although I have other invitations from other African countries, the Lord has not released me to accept invitations to your Nation. I do pray that God will lead you to ministries who have a Divine call to assist you and help you as you are serving Jesus.

Just chuckling at the memory of being baptized by you, upstairs in the bathtub at 920 Baxter with 50+ people in the bathroom/hallway playing guitar, singing, clapping to “In the name of Jesus, In the name of Jesus, we have the victory…demons will have to flee…” (yep, and they did too)!! How fun those days were. Thank God for you both!
